LifeTime Unconference 2.0 / Montpellier

After the successful Unconference in Barcelona in July, we are pleased to announce Unconference 2.0 in Montpellier on 7-8 November 2019.

The conference will start at 12 noon on the 7th and finish at around 5pm on the 8th.

The main objective of an Unconference is to reduce the usual emphasis on formal speeches and emphasize informal connections instead. Therefore, most of the sessions will be devoted to presentations by the participants.

This Unconference will be focused on:

Single-cell Multi-omics
3D Imaging
Data Science
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

In addition to keynote presentations, participants will be able to book conference spots after registration to present their research and ideas for LifeTime.

The Unconference will also host a series of open sessions designed at narrowing down the novel imaging, multi-omics, and AI technologies to be used in LifeTime. In addition, there will be information sessions on meetings held by other Work Packages (e.g. WP5: Experimental Disease Models) that could influence the outcome of this selection.

Places will be limited to a maximum of 90 participants and are by invitation only.

Venue

The LifeTime Unconference will take place at Genopolys. How to access Genopolys.

The conference dinner will be held at Musée Fabre. Guided tours in English and French will be offered as well.
